Near Kerstin’s home in South Sunderbyn may be found “Linneas House”. It is a manor house built during the 1700s. The home has been owned by the Bergström family since the 1700s. The last members of the family who lived there were two sisters, Linnaea and Uno.
The house is filled with well cared for furniture and items passed on from generation to generation of the Bergström family. These are a family legacy. Kerstin has painted many watercolors of the interior of this fine home. The many histories and stories hidden here fascinate Kerstin and have been an inspiration for her.
